Company Description
We took over the small family business in 1993. Sold DEKALB corn, Asgrow soybeans & alfalfa. Started to treat soybeans with fungicide and insecticides and  inoculant. In 10 years we were growing and needed to add bulk soybean bins and a commercial treater. With the bulk system, we also added Friesen USA tenders, parts & bins, which is now Meridian Mfg. The market went to boxes for corn and we needed a 2 box tender so we added Travis seed carts (HitchDoc) in 2016. In 2012 we added additional product lines, Agnition products--Commence for Corn, Generate w/Procure for both Corn & Soybeans, as another way for growers to get trace minerals at planting on the seed without fertilizer tanks on planter tractor. The seed company dropped our alfalfa lineup in 2012 and our customers had a need for alfalfa. So picked up America's Alfalfa in 2018. Nitrogen become a big issue with the underground waters and leaching away from the plant roots, looked into Pivot Bio. Started sales in the Fall of 2022. All our product lineups have enhance our business.
